This policy explains, at a high level, how FITNIDUS may collect and use personal information when you use FITNIDUS Fitness, FITNIDUS Stays, our website and support channels.
1. Information we may collect
- Account and contact data: email address, authentication information and account identifiers.
- Fitness profile data: goals, training experience, availability, equipment, activity information and program preferences.
- Running-readiness data: information provided when selecting or preparing for a running program.
- Workout and feedback data: completed sessions, progress, perceived difficulty, pain flags and user notes.
- Health-related declarations: health confirmations and, where required, doctor-clearance records supplied by the user.
- Stays information: booking, guest, host, property, availability and listing information where those services are used.
- Payment and transaction data: purchase or booking references and payment status. Payment-card processing may be handled by a payment provider rather than stored directly by FITNIDUS.
- Support and technical data: messages sent to support, security records, device/browser information and operational logs.
2. Why we use information
We may use personal information to create and secure accounts, deliver purchased services, personalize training experiences, assess whether specific onboarding or clearance requirements apply, record user progress, provide customer support, administer Stays listings and bookings, process or verify payments, protect the platform against misuse, comply with legal obligations and improve service reliability.
3. Health-related information
Some Fitness features may involve information concerning health, injuries, symptoms or medical clearance. Such information is treated as sensitive and should be collected and used only where necessary for the relevant FITNIDUS function and in accordance with applicable data-protection law. Users should avoid submitting medical information that FITNIDUS has not requested.
4. AI-assisted processing
FITNIDUS may use AI-assisted systems to help prepare personalized training drafts. Where used, relevant profile and program information may be processed for that purpose. FITNIDUS applies validation and administrative controls before AI-generated program content is made available as a customer program.
5. Service providers
FITNIDUS may use specialist service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, payments, communications, security and AI-assisted processing. Those providers process information according to the services they supply and the applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
6. Retention and security
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including account administration, service delivery, legal, tax, security and dispute-resolution needs. FITNIDUS uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to certain processing, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to complain to the competent data-protection authority.
8. Children
FITNIDUS services must be used in accordance with any age requirements presented during registration or purchase. Where a service is offered to or used by a minor, any required parental or guardian involvement must be respected.
9. Updates to this policy
FITNIDUS may update this Privacy Policy as the platform develops. Material changes may be presented with a new version or acceptance request where appropriate.
