These terms set out the general conditions for accessing and using FITNIDUS Fitness, FITNIDUS Stays and related website, account, support and transaction features.
1. Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure and use FITNIDUS only for lawful purposes. Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the platform, misuse another person’s account or copy, resell or redistribute protected FITNIDUS content without permission.
2. FITNIDUS Fitness
Fitness programs may be personalized using information supplied by the user, approved FITNIDUS program rules and, where applicable, AI-assisted generation. Program availability may depend on completion of onboarding, payment, validation, administrative approval and any health or doctor-clearance requirement that applies to the user.
FITNIDUS provides fitness and training guidance for informational and wellness purposes only and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Users should obtain appropriate professional medical advice before beginning or changing an exercise program when their circumstances require it.
Medical consultation or doctor clearance does not eliminate the inherent risks of physical exercise. Each user remains responsible for deciding whether to participate, exercising within their abilities, following safety instructions and stopping immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, unusual symptoms or other concerns. Participation is at the user’s own risk, subject to applicable law.
3. User information and program suitability
The quality and suitability of a personalized program depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied by the user. Users must update relevant information where their circumstances change and must not intentionally provide misleading health, training or readiness information.
4. Purchases, prices and digital access
Prices and any material purchase conditions shown before checkout form part of the transaction. Access to paid digital programs may begin only after successful payment and the required FITNIDUS activation steps. Any cancellation, refund or statutory consumer rights that apply will be governed by the information presented at purchase and applicable law.
5. FITNIDUS Stays
FITNIDUS Stays may enable users to discover, list or book accommodation. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy, legality and availability of their property information and for complying with applicable obligations relating to their property. Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information, respecting property rules and paying applicable charges.
Specific booking, cancellation, refund, check-in, damage, deposit or house-rule conditions may vary by property and should be presented before a booking is confirmed. Where FITNIDUS acts as a platform connecting hosts and guests, the underlying accommodation is provided by the relevant host unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Intellectual property
FITNIDUS branding, site content, program structures, software, graphics, text and other protected materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. A user receives only the limited personal-use rights necessary to use the purchased or provided service.
7. Availability and changes
FITNIDUS may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue platform features. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or circumstances outside reasonable control.
8. Suspension or termination
Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, non-payment or serious misuse of the platform. Where appropriate, users may contact support to resolve an account issue.
9. Liability
FITNIDUS does not guarantee that any training program, accommodation, digital service or third-party service will produce a particular result. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Privacy
Use of personal information is addressed in the FITNIDUS Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as FITNIDUS develops. Where a material change affects an existing service or requires renewed acceptance, FITNIDUS may present the new version to the user.
